The shape detection system mainly consists of shape detection roller (including bearing seat), wireless Signal processing Unit (WIFI Signal Process Unit, referred to as W-SPU), main box, industrial computer, display, cabinet and other parts. Basic functions include:
1. Cold-rolled strip raw plate shape signal acquisition;
2. Real-time display of plate shape signal (radial pressure, elongation, flatness, etc.) and record;
3. Communication interface with the original rolling mill system, transmission of coil number, specifications, tension, rolling speed and other parameters;
4. Closed-loop plate shape automatic control, manual intervention if necessary (rolling process parameter optimization);
5. Strip deviation warning and alarm;
6. Data storage and analysis.
